Is maintaining your lawn a hassle?
Regular maintenance such as mowing the grass and pulling out weeds is necessary. If the area is too large, it will be difficult to manage, so it is a good idea to decide the area to plant grass with maintenance in mind.
There are also varieties that are less susceptible to weeds and require little to no mowing throughout the year. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
What are "exterior," "exterior structure," and "landscaping"?
In contrast to interior, "exterior" means appearance or exterior. Similarly, "outer structure" refers to the outside of a building. At our company, the outside of a building is called the exterior or outer structure, and "landscaping" is divided into the term that mainly refers to planting and garden arrangement. There is no problem if you think of outer structure and exterior as having almost the same meaning.
■Examples of exterior construction work
[Concrete work, block wall construction, car park construction, gravel laying, weed control sheet laying, garden demolition work, plaster wall construction, planting (including removal and transplanting), soil plowing work, land development and banking work, retaining wall construction, paving work, fence renovation work, laying grass, carport construction, bicycle parking area construction, drying area construction, deck construction, terrace construction, sunroom construction, fence construction, lighting work, gate and door construction, storage shed construction, garage construction, water tap construction, flower bed construction, etc.]
Can I request only a part of it, such as just a carport or planting a tree?
Of course, we do not have to cover the entire exterior, but we can also accommodate a carport, a single fence, tree transplants, or anything else related to your garden. Please feel free to consult us about anything.
What types of carports are there?
There are many different designs of carports. Look at the catalogs of each manufacturer (TOEX, Shin-Nikkei, YKKap, Sankyo Tateyama, etc.) and choose one based on the design and your budget. Other than design and budget, other things to pay attention to when choosing a carport are the length of the pillars, roofing material, and rigidity. Most manufacturers offer three types of pillar length depending on the size of the car: standard, long, and extra long. Standard pillars are sufficient for sedans, but if the vehicle is tall, such as a minivan, you will need to consider the length of the pillars. Polycarbonate is the mainstream roofing material because it is hard to break, but there are types that have heat insulation properties.
